I was surprised how good this shot turned out. This is on our way in to this place that we probably weren't supposed to be. But we did get permission from one person so I guess you can't really call it trespassing:) we always find a way!! I shot this really quick and almost got lost because I was not staying close to the group. I just really like the contrast.

Beautiful Morning

I was on my way to work this morning and the sky was just amazing!!! I stopped my car grabbed my iphone rolled down my window and captured this beautiful morning that was unfolding. My iphone was the only camera I had with me at the time which I am so thankful for. Boy how that has changed my life...the iphone that is everyone needs one. HAHA...right Malin.

Double Take

Having the day to yourself to do what ever you want is just priceless. I had a vacation day recently and decide to go out to snap some shots. I went to a couple different shops and saw a lot of cool things. Antique shops are so fun to go browse around in. There is so much to look at and most of the times the way things are place create some different compositions. These items I got a couple different shots of and ended up liking all of them. So I am posting them as double take because they caught my attention couple times. I will be posting more from this day sometime soon.

Daily News

I wanted to try something new with this image. I guess it worked(lol), I just like messing around some times. I just thought it made this shot a little more interesting. Isn't that what the media does anyway? Add there own twist on things to grab peoples attention. It crazy how there is four newspaper stands in a row. I guess you can have your pick of the daily news. Sometimes it is not always fun reading the news. 

Jack Johnson says it perfectly in his song called:

Someone Was A Little Camera Shy

Day At The Pond

If you all don't know butterflies are my favorite so I could have posted a 100 of them. They are so beautiful. There colors are so amazing, and it so neat how the top wings have different colors then the bottom part of their wings. 

Along the pond I also found some dragonflies, they are hard as hell to capture. Drangonflies don't  like to stay very still. Unless you have a macro lens and don't have to try to get close to them to get a good shot. This was the best I could do without getting to frustrated. 

Of course I had to put the little froggy up. He was just chillin. I thought he would like to have his picture taken too.

Day At The Pond Part 2

This was just a crazy idea Ryan, Bill, and I thought of later after sitting in the sun all day at the pond. We tried making rainbows, it worked I guess. Some of these compositions aren't the greatest. This was more about capturing the rainbows. If you ever notice when there ever is a rainbow you never have your camera with. Well, that is always what happens to me. So we just made are own. The sun sometimes make you do strange things.

Cruise Night

Felt like trying something new. Wanted to let loose and do something different. Recently my hometown had a cruise night with all these old unique cars. This one just caught my eye, so shinny and red. In this one photo the red turned to orange due to the split toning effect I was trying. I love the way every thing reflected off the chrome as well as the car.

Local Farm

After the crew went out around Phoenixville. Malin and I found our way to a local farm. We were stopping by to pick up some fresh fruit and veggies. I was on a roll this day and I just didn't want to stop. I not sure what the name of this place was. Once I find out from Malin I will be sure to let you all know. This place was so unique, everything you could ask for in a farm. You could buy fruits, veggies, flowers, gifts, you name it they pretty much had it.The owners were so nice. I think that what makes everyone just want to keep going back. 

A perfect place to take your kids. They can feed all the different animals. They had pigs, cows, chickens, hens, goats, dogs, and who knows what else. I was only there for a short amount of time I probably missed something. I was to busy trying to capture what I could, while trying to feel like a kid again. Thanks for taking me there. I can't wait to go back:)

I know this one doesn't go with the animals but I liked the textures of the gourds. Now if I could of had some sunlight shining on them. This would have been an awesome shot. The sun was already setting. Everything can't be perfect that for damn sure.  

 

So Kiss Me

Today they all wanted kisses or maybe the really just wanted some FOOD. I just thought it was funny how they both have their noses up. I would have expected that from the piggy. If you feel like give out some kisses I am sure they will take one. I left that for everyone else to do. So enjoy:)
